All service providers undergo a thorough verification process before joining our platform. This includes business documentation validation, portfolio review, client reference checks, and quality assessment. We continuously monitor performance through customer reviews and regular quality checks.

We accept various payment methods including GCash, bank transfers, and cash payments. For bookings, we typically require a 20% downpayment to secure your date, with the balance due before or on the event day depending on your package arrangement.

SwiftPax offers services for a wide range of events including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, educational functions, holiday celebrations, and general gatherings. Our packages are categorized by event type to help you find exactly what you need.

We recommend booking at least 1-3 months in advance for most events to ensure availability of your preferred services. For weddings and larger events, 6-12 months advance booking is advised. However, we also offer express booking options for last-minute event planning needs.

Our cancellation policy varies by package and timing. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before the event may receive a partial refund of the downpayment. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are typically non-refundable. Please refer to your specific booking terms for details.
